ORIGINAL DATA PROGRAMME

A reviewed observation system, not an automatic price feed

The first-party ledger keeps every approved listing observation, calculated comparable rate, availability recheck and price change traceable. It stores no seller contact details or private property documents.

CAPTURE

One dated snapshot per observation

Locality, property type, total asking price, original size, listing date, availability, road width, approval claim, source and review state remain attached to the same record.

CALCULATE

Comparable rates come from arithmetic

Price per cent and price per square foot are calculated from the stated total price and normalized area. Missing prices are never inferred.

REVIEW

Every record needs a separate decision

Source rights, duplicate identity, current availability, unit, property type and material claims are checked before an observation can enter a report draft.

WITHHOLD

No sample, no public market range

Fewer than five clean comparable observations produce no range. Every larger draft still requires named editorial approval and visible scope, dates, count and limitations.

Current statusThe collection and review system is ready. No original asking-price report is released merely because records have been imported.Read the publication thresholds

REPRODUCIBLE METHOD

How the published evidence is handled

Transparent selection rules make a resource easier to evaluate, cite and correct.

  1. 01Identify the question

Keep asking prices, official guideline references, registered consideration and valuation separate.

  2. 02Declare the scope

Record geography, property type, unit, source, sample size or record count, and review date.

  3. 03Clean or withhold

Remove duplicates and unclear observations. Withhold an asking-price range when fewer than five clean comparables remain.

  4. 04Publish limitations

State what a range covers and why it must not be transferred to every property.

  5. 05Accept corrections

Use the exact page URL, disputed statement, source and observation date when reporting an issue.

CITE OR COLLABORATE

Use the permanent source page, not an isolated number

When referring to a range or dataset, link to the locality research page so readers can see the sample scope, record type, check date and caveats. Journalists, advocates, architects, surveyors, builders, educators and community organisations may request clarification or suggest a correction.
