Property submissions and consent
A submitter must be authorised to provide the property information and photographs. Submission authorises review and, after approval, publication of the stated property facts. Consent can be withdrawn, but limited records may be retained for security, disputes and legal compliance.
Owner, agent and project claims
Verification labels only describe checks completed by the platform. Agents and promoters remain responsible for applicable registrations and truthful representations. Where a RERA registration is applicable or claimed, it may be checked and displayed with its verification date.
Sources and photographs
Users must not submit copyrighted photographs, confidential documents or third-party personal information without authority. Source attribution, correction and removal follow the source policy.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt unauthorised access, harvest personal information, impersonate another person, create misleading listings, evade moderation or use the platform for fraud, unlawful discrimination or harassment.
Suspension, correction and removal
We may review, edit, label, suspend, reject or remove content that is inaccurate, stale, duplicated, disputed, unsafe or contrary to these terms. Affected people can use the data-rights process.
