What we record
We may record the source name, original URL, source reference, observation date, asking price and factual property characteristics needed for comparison. We do not treat an advertisement as proof of ownership, availability or final transaction price.
How attribution appears
Public listings identify the source and freshness of the observation when publication is permitted. Direct owner and agent submissions are labelled separately. Source links may use nofollow or be withheld when they expose personal information.
Content limits
We do not reproduce full advertisements, private contact details, identity documents or unnecessary source photographs. Images are used only with permission, an appropriate licence or a direct submission authorisation.
Corrections and removal
A source publisher, owner, authorised agent or affected person can request correction or removal. We verify the requester’s relationship to the record, preserve an internal audit entry and remove public access when the request is valid.
Market statistics
Aggregated ranges use normalized and reviewed observations. Duplicate, stale, suspicious and statistically extreme records may be excluded. Asking-price statistics are never described as registered transaction values.
