Verification levels

  1. Contact verified: the person controls the submitted phone number or email address.
  2. Identity reviewed: identity evidence has been privately checked and is not published.
  3. Authority reviewed: the person has supplied reasonable evidence of ownership or authority to market the specific property.
  4. RERA checked: an agent or project registration number has been checked when relevant to the transaction or claim.

Owner verification

Owners complete phone or email verification and confirm that they own the property or are legally authorised to act. Before an owner receives an authority-verified label, the team checks a limited document reference, tax or utility record, or another proportionate proof. Original identity and title documents are never published.

Agent and builder verification

Agents provide verified contact details, business identity, authority from the owner or promoter for the listing and a TNRERA registration number when applicable. Builders and project marketers must provide the relevant project registration where the law requires it. Registration checks are recorded with a date because status may change.

Expiry and rechecking

Contact and listing authority are rechecked when details change, a complaint is received or the verification period expires. Sold, withdrawn and unresponsive listings lose active status. A verification badge does not replace legal, title, survey or financial due diligence by the buyer.

Failed verification

Listings may remain pending, be labelled unverified, be rejected or be removed when evidence conflicts, consent is missing, authority cannot be established or information appears misleading.
