Total land price calculator FAQs

Answers about unit matching, rupee entry and what the calculated amount does not include.

Can the land area and quoted rate use different units?

Yes. Enter the land extent in its stated unit and select the unit used for the quoted rate. The calculator converts the units before multiplying.

How do I enter a rate quoted in lakhs?

Enter the full rupee amount. For example, enter 800000 for a quoted rate of ₹8 lakh.

Does the total include registration or other buying costs?

No. Registration charges, brokerage, legal review, survey work, loan costs and repairs are not included.
