The official framework provides Rent Authority, Rent Court and Rent Tribunal functions. Identify the remedy and jurisdiction from the current Act, Rules, notifications and official portal.
Urgent or serious matters
For threats, violence, unlawful entry, disconnection, lockout, criminal conduct or immediate safety risk, obtain prompt advice and contact the appropriate emergency or public authority.
