Document collection is not a title guarantee. This legal guide remains excluded from search indexing until qualified expert approval.
Boundary evidence
Compare deed boundaries, survey subdivision, FMB geometry, adjoining owners and physical markers. FMB alone does not settle title.
Access rights
Identify who owns the road, how the property obtained access, the documented width and whether the route continues to a public road.
Survey process
Give the surveyor the deed, Patta or TSLR, FMB and subdivision history. Record discrepancies and resolve them before agreement or registration.
Official primary sources
Next action
Give the property-specific records to an independent property advocate for a written title opinion. Use a licensed surveyor for boundaries and physical identity.
