Identify the applicable plan
Ask the planning authority which regional plan, master plan or detailed development plan applies to the exact survey subdivision.
Land record is different
Revenue classification and planning land use are different records. Patta or a sale deed does not authorise a development use.
Reclassification
Verify the final government or competent-authority order, conditions and mapped survey extent. An application or recommendation is not final reclassification.
Other controls remain
Reclassification does not remove layout, building, road, environmental, waterbody, airport, heritage or coastal requirements.
