Ordinary sale estimate
The calculator uses 7% stamp duty and 2% registration fee for an ordinary sale conveyance, checked 27 September 2026, on the higher entered consideration or guideline value.
Women purchaser concession
The 29 March 2025 notification reduces the registration fee by one rupee per hundred for a sale solely to a woman or women where the qualifying value is not above ₹10 lakh, subject to its conditions.
Not the complete transaction cost
Professional fees, document preparation, scanning, tax, loan, mutation and other case-specific amounts are outside this estimate.
